How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

We want every homeowner who reaches out to Holylegacy Roofing to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, please let us know. This page shows how to file a complaint and what to expect. It is a general template and is not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us About

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience when you called or contacted Holylegacy Roofing
  • The way your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we linked you with

If the Issue Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, prices, work, warranties and customer service. If there is a problem with work on your home, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.

We still want to hear about it. Feedback helps us keep our network honest, and a provider who keeps falling short of our expectations may be removed. Please know that Holylegacy Roofing cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.

How to Send a Complaint

Email contact@holylegacy.blog and include:

  • Your name and how to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you would like

After You Write

We will confirm we received your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We will look into what happened, which may mean contacting the provider. Then we will reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.

Still Not Happy?

If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to look again. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For a licensed provider, your state's contractor licensing board may be able to help too.
